Types of Meditation
The Meditation process leads to a state of consciousness that brings peacefulness, clearness and stress release. Various common types of meditation that are recognized include transcendental meditation, prayer, Zen meditation, Taoist meditation, mindfulness meditation, and Buddhist meditation. Some meditational methods require your body staying absolutely still or to be moved in a controlled way e.g. rocking slowly, while other types allow the free movement of your body. Even though all of the these methods are different, the main purpose of our type of meditation is to make the mind fresh and relaxed by releasing the mind from stress.
