Q. Will Streamline Meditation help me to cope with my stressful life? I always feel like I am just making it through each day.

This meditation will allow you to relax deeply and switch off the mind. This deep rest will automatically recharge the batteries boosting energy levels. It will also release accumulated stress and tension and by being less stressed we cope a whole lot better.

Q. Do you need a certain place to practise meditate?

No. As long as you can sit comfortably with the eyes closed, it can be done anywhere. On a train travelling to work, on a plane, in your office or at home in your favorite armchair.

Q. Can everyone learn how to meditate?

Yes. Anyone can learn this as it's a natural process and involves no mental skill. Even if you don't think it will work or are very sceptical, it still works because it is not based on belief.

Q. Do I have to become a vegetarian or stop smoking and drinking alcohol in order to learn?

A.
No. You are not required to change your life-style at all. Just add meditation into your day and enjoy. As the balance returns to your system you may notice things start improving. Streamline Meditation will always bring some positive changes as a natural by-product of this experience Therefore it is not necessary to impose any rules or regulations.
Don't take anything out of your life, just add meditation in.

Q. Is this a religious or spiritual practice.

No. This is not a religious or spiritual practice. It's a technique; pure and simple. It involves no religion, beliefs,or changes in life-style.

Q.What is the difference between this and guided forms of meditation?

A.
The difference is we don't use imagination or suggestions because our aim is to go beyond all words and thinking into the state of pure awareness. It is this experience of deep silence that creates the flow on effect of benefits into our daily life. Another difference is that we don't use any mental effort.
This process is completely effortless and occurs quite naturally. There is no concentration, contemplation or the use of suggestions at anytime.

Q. Isn't it the same as enjoying a good book or doing gardening or even going for a walk?

A.
No. All these activities are a welcome break but still keep the mind and body engaged in activity. Streamline Meditation brings the mind to a point of stillness and deeply rests the body,releasing stress and tension. This is mother natures remedy for stress.
