We conduct our meditation classes online using Zoom video broadcasts which
provide high quality interactive workshops no matter where you are based.

What are the daily meditations?

It is a well-known principle that regular meditation works best. When you become a Streamline Meditation member, you can also join in on any of our daily meditation sessions from where-ever you are based.

You don't have to leave home and can even participate when away on work trips or vacation.

Group meditations are a great support for regular meditation practice.
We conduct our daily meditations five days of the week, Monday through Friday, and multiple times per day so you can fit in with your timezone.

You can join in on any of the sessions without pre-booking in or having to commute to get there.

With no special requirements or locations, it allows people from all walks of life and locations the ability to learn meditation and to maintain your practice easily.
