What is the Streamline Meditation Workshop?
The Streamline Meditation workshop is an interactive online course that consists of 4 sessions that run for approximately 1 and a half hours each. They are conducted by fully qualified facilitators who will guide you expertly step by step into the pure experience of meditation. All you have to do is select the session you wish to join and we will email you the link with your access code which will also re-confirm the date and time of your booking.
From the very first session you will learn the simple way to step aside and allow your own meditativeness to start to unfold properly. Your experiences will be verified by your teacher each step of the way so that as your experience deepens so too will your understanding of Streamline Meditation. After completing the 4 sessions of our online workshop, you will have gained a valuable skill that you can enjoy for the rest of your life.
